Can I get a sample before ordering?
We do not offer free samples for metal cards. However, you can sign up for the 30-day free trial which includes a free PVC card. You will also receive a digital mockup of your design before we print anything.
How to see what your card will look like
Digital mockup: After placing your order and uploading your design, our team creates a mockup and sends it to you for approval. You can see exactly how your card will look before it is printed.
30-day free trial: Sign up for the Plus plan trial to receive a free PVC card. This lets you experience the card quality and the platform.
Order a single card: If you want to test a specific material before committing to a larger order, order one card first.
Can I see the card materials in person?
We do not have physical showrooms, but our cards are standard credit card size:
• PVC (Original): Lightweight plastic, similar to a regular credit card • Bamboo: Real wood, slightly heavier and thicker • Metal: Premium stainless steel with gold or silver plating, noticeably heavier
Do I pay before seeing the mockup?
Yes, you place your order first and then receive the digital mockup. You can request changes to the mockup before approving it for print. If you are not happy with the design, you can keep requesting revisions.
