Production itself takes 1 to 3 business days after design approval, and express shipping is quoted on top of production, not in place of it.

Tell V1CE the date you need the card by.
V1CE checks your shipping address against the available express services (for example, FedEx Overnight in the US, DHL Express internationally, Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK).
V1CE replies with the available speed and the cost difference.
If you confirm, V1CE sends a payment link for the shipping upgrade.
Once paid, the order ships on the upgraded service as soon as production completes.

Express shipping cost varies by destination and order size, so V1CE quotes it case by case rather than publishing a flat rate. Typical upgrades for a small order are a few dollars or pounds on top of standard shipping. For larger orders or international destinations, the difference is more. Realistic timing on an express V1CE order
Even on the fastest express service, a realistic V1CE timeline is:
Day 0: place your order on v1ce.co.
Day 0 to 2: upload your design, V1CE creates a mockup, you approve it.
Day 1 to 3 (after approval): production runs.
Day 1 to 3 (after production): express shipping delivers.
If you have a hard delivery deadline of "tomorrow", V1CE will be honest about whether that is achievable. In most cases the earliest a brand-new order can arrive is 2 to 4 business days from order placement, even with everything expedited.
Use your V1CE page as a bridge while you wait
If your physical V1CE card will not arrive in time for an event, meeting, or trip, you can still share the same V1CE page while you wait. Build your V1CE page in your dashboard, then share it as a link by email or text, or add it to your Wallet pass and show the QR code from your phone. Anyone you share with lands on the same page they would have seen by tapping your physical card.

I paid for express but the order shipped on a slower service
If you paid for an express shipping upgrade and your tracking shows a slower courier, contact V1CE support straight away with your order number. V1CE will check the dispatch records, refund the difference if the slower service was used by mistake, and open a trace with the courier or arrange a reprint if the timeline is now broken.
