How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from V1CE. You will be removed from the mailing list immediately.

Open any marketing email from V1CE
Scroll to the bottom
Click Unsubscribe
You are removed from the list
I do not have a marketing email to unsubscribe from
Contact us with your email address and we will remove you from the mailing list manually.
Will I still receive account emails?
Yes. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails like:
• Order confirmations • Shipping notifications • Password reset emails • Subscription billing notifications
These are essential account emails and cannot be unsubscribed from.
I unsubscribed but still receive emails
It can take up to 48 hours for the unsubscribe to process. If you continue receiving marketing emails after that, contact us and we will fix it.
