How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
To unsubscribe from V1CE marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any V1CE marketing email. You are removed from the mailing list as soon as the change is processed.
Step by step
To unsubscribe yourself, follow these steps:
Open any V1CE marketing email.
Scroll to the bottom.
Click Unsubscribe.
You are removed from the mailing list.
I do not have a marketing email to unsubscribe from
If you cannot find a marketing email to unsubscribe from, contact V1CE with the email address you want removed. V1CE removes you from the mailing list manually.
Will I still receive account emails?
Yes, unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails. You will still receive:
Order confirmations.
Shipping notifications.
Password reset emails.
Subscription billing notifications.
These are essential account emails and cannot be unsubscribed from.
I unsubscribed but still receive emails
It can take up to 48 hours for an unsubscribe to take effect across all of V1CE's mailing lists. If you continue receiving marketing emails after 48 hours, contact V1CE with the email address and V1CE will fix it.
To request a manual unsubscribe, send V1CE a chat message with the email address you want removed.
