Why is my page missing after I upgrade to V1CE ClientCapture OS?

This article is for V1CE customers who upgraded to V1CE ClientCapture OS and cannot find a page they built in the older V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software.

Why your old page is not in V1CE ClientCapture OS

Your old page is not in V1CE ClientCapture OS because ClientCapture OS uses a new page builder with a different theme system, so pages built in the older V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software do not carry across when you upgrade. This is expected, and V1CE shows you a notice about it during the upgrade. Your physical V1CE card keeps working throughout.

What to do if you want to move forward on V1CE ClientCapture OS

If you want to stay on V1CE ClientCapture OS, rebuild your page in the new builder:

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co.

  2. Open Pages and create or open the page for your card.

  3. Add your details, links, and images in the new builder, then save.

  4. Check the card is linked to the page, then publish.

What to do if you need your old page back

If you need the page exactly as it was in the older software, V1CE can roll your account back to the legacy version, where your old page still exists. There is no self-serve rollback button, so request it in chat:

  1. Start a chat with V1CE's team.

  2. Send your account email address.

  3. Say that you want to roll back to the older V1CE app version to recover your page.

Still need help? Start a chat with V1CE's team and V1CE will sort it out.
