Documents acknowledgement

When you have a document that needs to be read by the team (both internal or external) to ensure the successful completion of an event, you can use the Document Acknowledgment feature.

How to Enable Document Acknowledgment

  1. While uploading a few documents, simply check the box labeled "Need acknowledgment" or open the document after uploading and tap the "Need acknowledgment" button.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to mark the document as requiring acknowledgment. Confirm to proceed.

Tracking Acknowledgment

  • Once uploaded, the document will display a People column showing which assignees have read the document and which have not.

  • Important: Assignees can only mark the document as read by opening it. If the document is in a format not supported by our system, you can mark it as read after opening it in an external application.

  • After an assignee marks the document as read, you'll see a timestamp indicating when the acknowledgment occurred.

This feature helps ensure that important information is reviewed before the event starts.
