Scheduling status tracks whether the job has been confirmed with everyone involved: the client, the vendor, the install team, or anyone else. It is separate from the event status (Not assigned, Assigned, Active, etc.), which tracks where the event is in your workflow.
Setting a scheduling status
To set a scheduling status, open the event drawer. The scheduling status field appears in the top section, next to the timezone and dates. If no status is set, you see a "Click to add info" placeholder.
Click the field to open a dropdown of all available statuses and select the one that applies. To clear a status, click the ✕ icon next to it.
Each event can have one scheduling status at a time.
Filtering events by scheduling status
You can filter your event list by scheduling status to see which events are confirmed and which still need action. The filter includes all available statuses, plus a "Without status" option for events that have no scheduling status set.
Scheduling status may need to be enabled for your workspace, and availability depends on your Vantage plan.
