1. Where to look first
Title row: Order #… plus badges (see §2).
Alerts at the top (if any): shipping-quote reminders, Oblist card reminder, B2B Tax ID reminder—read these before packing.
Shipping block (when shown): integrated shipping quotes / booking vs manual path (see §4).
Line items: titles, quantities, per-line fulfilment and tracking.
Totals / customer / addresses in the side column (layout may vary by viewport).
2. Badges next to the order number
Payment / order status (vendor-facing labels include Paid, Payment pending, Refunded, Cancelled, etc.).
Note: for partially refunded orders at the order level, the vendor UI may still show Paid because you only see your lines—trust the per-line refund boxes if present.
Shipment / tracking status (e.g. Pending, In Transit, Delivered—from carrier tracking where available).
B2B when the order is tagged as trade.
Shipped via The Oblist · … when a platform-arranged shipment exists (short reference code).
3. Line items (main column)
Each row typically shows:
Image, title, variant (if any), SKU, quantity.
A small status pill for that line’s fulfilment/tracking state.
Tracking numbers as links (click resolves a tracking URL when possible); Edit / + add another tracking number when the flow allows.
Track shipment link when the line is tied to an integrated shipment with a carrier URL.
Refunded / Partially Refunded panels when money was returned on that line.
Shipping-only lines (titles that are clearly shipping charges) are treated differently from merchandise for packing and rejection rules—the UI mirrors that.
4. Integrated shipping vs manual
When integrated shipping is enabled for the order, a dedicated section above the item list walks you through quotes, booking, payment, and labels for that programme.
Integrated path: follow that section first; tracking may appear from the integrated provider when a label ships.
Manual path: when you choose to ship with your own carrier, use Add tracking (top actions) so the buyer gets a number on the order. The integrated section itself reminds you that you can still use Add tracking when you ship outside the programme.
If the order is only a shipping-quote charge (special case), you will see a Shipping Quote Order badge and different guidance—read the banner.
5. Actions vendors use most
Add tracking — opens the tracking modal for unfulfilled product lines (not shipping fee lines).
Refresh Tracking — re-fetches carrier status for existing numbers (disabled while running).
Edit Invoice — when a vendor invoice exists for this order.
Reject Items — only within 48 hours of order creation (tooltip explains when disabled).
Generate Packing Slip — when there is merchandise to include.
6. Need help?
vendors@oblist.com — send order number, what you already tried (tracking added? label purchased?), and screenshots of the alerts and item section.
