On Vizibl every project or activity has a dedicated files section so you can keep all your files exactly where they're relevant. Bring all your relationships’ files together on one platform and make Vizibl your one source of truth for important and strategic documents.

While Vizibl is a collaborative platform, there are of course files containing sensitive information that you might only want your side of the relationship to have access to.
Not to worry, you can still keep all the relevant files in one place! In the files section you can upload any number of files quickly and easily with the bulk upload feature. Choose to upload files visible to both, or only to your, side of the relationship. Simply select if you wish to upload a private or shared file when prompted!

Vizibl has a dedicated global files section with powerful search capabilities that allow you to find files across all of Vizibl with ease. You can download, preview or navigate to the file’s original location, all with the click of a button.

Vizibl Files builds on top of your relationships’ governance, meaning you don’t need to worry about configuring any complicated permissions or folders for your files. Only the people with the correct project or relationship permissions will be able to view your files.

If that wasn't enough all files on Vizibl are also encrypted-at-rest with a 256-bit encryption key that’s unique to your company, meaning only users authenticated to Vizibl with the correct permissions are able to download them.

With 1000s of files across your most important relationships it’s important that you find what you need when you need it. Vizibl Files’ intelligent search feature helps you find what you’re looking for quickly. Not only matching on a file's names, but also the location of the file, who uploaded it, and who created the activity it's located in.

Please note that Vizibl has a file upload limit of 50MB and currently supports the following file extensions: 'JPG', 'JPEG', 'GIF', 'PNG', 'TXT', 'PDF', 'RTF', 'DOC', 'XLS', 'PPS', 'PPT', 'DOCX', 'XLSX', 'PPTX', 'ODT', 'ODG', 'MOV', 'AVI', 'MP4', 'MKV', 'MP3', 'KEY'
