Relationship Performance
Relationship Performance provides both buyer and supplier organisations greater transparency and accountability on the overall performance and health of the relationship.
If you are a Relationship Manager, click here for help on how to set up and manage performance.
Once performance has been configured the Relationship Manager of this relationship will be able to add performance data and contribute to the relationship. If you have performance data you wish to add simply open the add/edit results window:
Here you can add data to any of the KPIs configured by your relationship admin:
You can add data to the current year or navigate to previous years to add historical data.
KPIs that have been deleted or disabled by an admin will by default be hidden so further data is added against them. However, you are able to view and even edit the data for these KPIs should you need to
Data that has been pushed into performance from a survey is shown with a link icon. Clicking on this link icon will show you more info about where the data comes from as well as give you the option to navigate directly to the survey itself:
You can manually input data into any cell in the table you want. Please note that the unit of measure is already included so please only input numerical characters.
Any changes made to the data are stored in the activity log
After configuring the data and saving your changes they will be displayed in the performance dashboard for all members of the relationship to see. Here all users can get a graphical overview over all the existing performance data as well as a trend analysis vs the previous data period for each KPI:
