Performance management made simple and intuitive.

Vizibl provides a clear overview of performance while making performance management a feasible and effective task for everybody involved.

It empowers category managers, business stakeholders and suppliers to productively work together and proactively act on performance data.

To be able to add performance data for a relationship, you need to set up performance management for the relationship.

In order to do this KPI Groups need to have been configured by your company admin. This will enable you to define the structure for the relationship’s performance dashboard.

To set up performance and start adding data navigate to the relationship in question, select the performance section, and either open the relationship admin section or click on the "Select KPIs" shortcut:

  • Here you will see a list of all the KPI groups available for selection. Enable the groups that apply to measuring performance in your relationships:

  • In each enabled group you will see a full list of KPIs added to the group by your company admin. You can freely enable or disable each individual KPI to tailor performance to suit the needs of your specific relationship. You do not need to enable every KPI in each group. Any unselected KPI will not be visible in the published version of the performance setup:

Set the frequency for your KPI groups. A KPI group can be set up to measure performance monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.
The weightings (in %) essentially reflect the importance of a Group. A group with a high weighting will have a heavier impact on the overall performance score of a dataset. These weighting are fully customisable, the only requirement is that the total weighting for all groups add up to a weighting of 100%.
Equally, a KPI with a high weighting will have a heavier impact on the score of the group it belongs to. These weighting are fully customisable, the only requirement is that the total weighting for each KPI in a group adds up to 100%
The target for a KPI will by default be set to what is configured in the company admin. You are able to override this target as well as set custom rating thresholds and descriptions. If a KPI is customised you can at any time reset it to the defaults configured in the company admin by clicking on the reset icon next to the KPI.

When you are satisfied with your setup remember to save your changes and relationship admin users will be able to start adding performance data to the relationship:
