Collaborate digitally with Vizibl Discussions

You can discuss anything related to a project directly on the project page with the whole project team and stakeholders without ever sending a single email!

Do you have important questions or do you want to inform the project team about important updates? Don't hit send in an isolated email, create a discussion thread instead.

Type your update in the comment field and press "Comment". This will trigger a notification to be sent to all project team members, making make sure your voice is heard.

Collaborate by adding private or shared Attachments

At heart, Vizibl is a collaborative platform, but there are of course files containing sensitive information that you might only want your side of the relationship to have access to. Thanks to Vizibl's intelligent file management system you can still keep all the relevant files in one place without worrying about privacy! In the attachment section, you can choose to upload files visible to both, or only to your, side of the relationship. Simply select if you wish to upload a private or shared file and get started! You can at any time edit the privacy of your own files, or open web-previewable files such as images or PDFs directly in your browser without the need to download them first. Any files you have access to will also show up in your global files list, meaning you never have to worry about losing a file if you can't remember where it was uploaded to!

File Upload Limits & Supported File Types

Vizibl has a file upload limit of 50MB.

Currently, the following extensions are allowed for uploads: 'JPG', 'JPEG', 'GIF', 'PNG', 'TXT', 'PDF', 'RTF', 'DOC', 'XLS', 'PPS', 'PPT', 'DOCX', 'XLSX', 'PPTX', 'ODT', 'ODG', 'MOV', 'AVI', 'MP4', 'MKV', 'MP3', 'KEY'

Please note: Vizibl's File Management system is designed to host easily shareable and -digestible content. Certain files such as streaming media and >50MB files are better suited for dedicated file servers that are purpose-built to handle the bandwidth downloading large files requires.
