Link a Survey to Performance
A great feature that Vizibl offers is the ability to link the results of surveys directly to performance. When a question in a survey template is linked to a KPI it will automatically feed the results directly into performance for any relationship the survey is created in.
To get started edit an existing or create a new Survey Template.
Add a new or edit an existing question to your template:
In the add/edit question window you will be given an option to link your question to a KPI:
This will open a new popup from which you can select any KPI from any KPI group configured in your company:
To ensure standardisation across all surveys using this KPI the selected the KPI will import the question type, target, target type and thresholds. These fields are not editable but you can configure the threshold descriptions to fit the survey question:
All Questions in the survey template that are linked to KPIs will be display a link icon:
When you are done configuring your KPI link simply publish your changes and performance results will automatically be updated every time a survey is summarised!
