The Do Not Contact (DNC) List: Exclude prospects from your Waalaxy campaigns

Learn how to use the Do Not Contact list to permanently block prospects from your Waalaxy campaigns, and how to restore them whenever needed.

The Do Not Contact list (DNC) is a protected space for prospects you never want Waalaxy to contact again. Once a prospect is in this list, they are blocked from all campaigns until you explicitly restore them.

How to add a prospect to the DNC list

From any prospect list (multiple prospects)

  1. Select one or more prospects.

  2. In the bulk action bar, click Do not contact.

  3. If any selected prospects are active in a campaign, a confirmation step lets you decide whether to remove them from it too.

  4. Confirm.

From the side panel (one prospect at a time)

  1. Open the prospect's side panel.

  2. Click the three-dot menu and select Do not contact.

  3. If the prospect is active in a campaign, confirm the action in the step that appears.

How to restore a prospect

From the DNC list (multiple prospects)

  1. Go to your Do Not Contact list.

  2. Select one or more prospects.

  3. Click Restore in the bulk action bar.

  4. Select the target list and confirm.

From the side panel

  1. Open your Do Not Contact list and open the prospect's side panel.

  2. Click Restore, select the target list, and confirm.

💡 Good to know

The Restore action only appears when you are viewing a prospect from inside the Do Not Contact list.
