On Waalaxy, you have access to different performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns. 📈

Performance indicators are a crucial element to consider in your prospecting strategy.

They allow you to monitor your results and determine whether your current strategy is effective or needs revision. 🔎

Acceptance Rate

The acceptance rate is the percentage of people who accepted your connection request out of the total number of connection requests sent.

  • You can view these data from your Campaign > Analytics.

💡 Good to know

By clicking on "All time," you can select a specific period and see the number of actions sent during that time.

Response Rate

The response rate is the number of responses to messages out of the total number of messages sent. This includes responses to LinkedIn messages and responses to connection notes.

  • You have access to these data from your Campaign > Analytics.

💡 Good to know

When calculating response rates, we consider the number of responses to accepted connection notes, not the total number of notes sent.

Calculation: This refers to the responses to messages out of the number of messages sent over the selected period.

What is a good response rate?

A good response rate is around 14-15%.

Homepage dashboard

This tab allows you to access performance metrics, including the acceptance rate of your connection requests and the response rate to your messages.

You also have access to a graph that lists the number of actions performed by type and by date.

💡 Good to know

You can filter your action:

  • By period from “Last 30 days”.

  • By campaign from “My Campaigns”.

Email analytics

This section includes the rate of answered emails, the rate of delivered emails, and the rate of undelivered emails.

Deliverability rate

The deliverability rate corresponds to the emails that have been correctly delivered to the main prospecting mailbox of your recipient.

Response rate

The response rate corresponds to the emails to which your prospects have replied.

Bounced rate

Undelivered emails are:

  • Emails that have been returned/refused by the prospect’s provider.

  • Emails considered as spam.

From your homepage, you can access email performance metrics, including the deliverability rate, response rate, and bounce rate.

Export campaign analytics

From Campaign > Analytics, click on the three lines at the top right of your dashboard to download your data in a CSV file. 👇

Indicators concerning your LinkedIn profile

From your homepage, under your profile picture, you can see:

  • The number of LinkedIn connections.

  • The number of pending invitations.

  • The number of views on your profile.
