From your Waalaxy interface, you can take out a subscription. If you don't know yet what the difference is between our subscriptions, please have a look at this description of our different subscriptions first. 😸

Payment

The accepted payment methods on Waalaxy are:

  • Credit/debit card

  • SEPA direct debit (for European residents only) 💶.

These are the sole options that enable the establishment of recurring payments for your upcoming automatic renewals.

This is the same procedure as for phone or internet subscriptions.

💡 Good to know:

  • All payments are made in one installment.

    ➡️ For example: if you decide to pay quarterly, you will pay directly for 3 months. Or, if you choose an annual subscription, you need to make a single payment for the next 12 months.

  • It is possible to pay with an AMEX card.

  • Payment by bank transfer on invoice or any alternative means (such as check, PayPal, virtual currencies, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) is not feasible.

Commitment : monthly, quarterly, yearly

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the price may vary depending on:

  • Your plan: Advanced or Business.

  • Your commitment period: monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

  • The number of seats required (only applicable if you're opting for a Team subscription).

Please note that on the payment page, once you have selected your plan, payment frequency, and number of seats, the total amount to be paid will be displayed when you click on "Upgrade," next to "Total to pay now".

Automatic renewal and Cancellation of subscription

The automatic renewal

All our subscriptions are auto-renewing, as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, which you had to sign to confirm your purchase.

The amount and date of the next invoice are visible at any time in your Waalaxy application (Settings > Invoices) so you don't get caught off guard.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the future renewal of your subscription at any time.

To cancel your plan:

1️⃣ Go to the "Settings" page,

2️⃣ Then "Invoices",

3️⃣ And click on the "Unsubscribe from Waalaxy" button. From there, simply follow the instructions.

You will continue to have access to our service until the end of your billing period.

  • For example: If you have subscribed to a monthly subscription, it ends at the end of the paid month. If you have subscribed to an annual subscription, it ends at the end of the year.

💡 Good to know:

  • You can cancel your subscription up to 12 hours before the automatic renewal.

  • If you cancel your plan, your account will automatically downgrade to the "Freemium" plan at the end of your current billing period.


Refund

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused Waalaxy quotas.

Note that you have up to 15 days after taking a subscription for the first time to request a refund. You should contact our chat assistance or write us at contact@waalaxy.com within these 15 days.
