On Waalaxy, you can send a number of actions on LinkedIn.
Connection requests or invitations are the most used actions as they allow you to expand your network and are often the first step to get in touch with someone.
So how do you send invitations on LinkedIn, and how do you send more than what is happening on your Waalaxy account ? 😎
🚌 Prerequisites
The LinkedIn invitation quota is 200 per week.
This is the maximum you can send on LinkedIn, per week.
Once this quota is reached, your Invitations actions on Waalaxy will be put in "Deferred" status.
They will resume automatically when LinkedIn lifts this restriction.

🚋Upgrade the subscription you have
The daily quotas you are entitled to depend on the subscription you have on Waalaxy.
If you want to send more connection requests per day, you can upgrade your subscription to a larger one.
The trial period gives you access to the quotas and features of the Business subscription.
The Freemium subscription gives you access to 3 connection requests per day.
The Advanced subscription gives you access to 200 connection requests per week.
The Business subscription gives you access to the same quotas as the Advanced.
You can also have a Team plan that allows you to have several Waalaxy accounts centralized on the same account, which gives you as many quotas as the number of places you have (depending on the type of subscription you choose). 👩👩👧👧
If you feel you don't have enough invitation quotas, you can easily upgrade to a higher plan from the "Subscribe" tab of Waalaxy, here.
You pay in proportion to what you paid before. 💸
🛺 Expand your account activity days & hours
This only works if you have several campaigns and action types running, since, if you only have one campaign of connection requests running, it will go up to the maximum daily quota and it will not be possible to send more than your daily limit.
You have the possibility on Waalaxy to set the days & times on which Waalaxy will send actions on LinkedIn.🕜
You can set them from the "Settings" tab > "Account activities" :
If you want to increase the number of mailings, simply expand the days and hours on which Waalaxy should send these actions. ⌛
🚐 Prioritize your "Invitation" actions
Similarly, this only works if you have several campaigns and several types of actions in progress since if you only have a connection request campaign in progress, this will go up to the maximum daily quota and it will not be possible to send more than your daily limit.
Let's say you have two campaigns running, with "visit" actions, "message" actions and, "invitation" actions.
The visit is usually the first action in a sequence, so it will be queued first.
Messages are actions that are by default prioritized in the queue, so the message action will automatically move to the top of the queue if other actions were already in progress.
Knowing that there are random execution times of 2 to 4 mins between each action, it is possible that during a working day, Waalaxy sends a few invitation actions, to the benefit of other actions that had priority.
💡 You can thereforeprioritizee the invitation actions in this way:
Go to your campaign from the "Campaign" tab, and click on it,
Go to the "Prospects" sub-tab,
Filter by "Step",
Select all actions that would not be "Invitations",
Click on "Pause",
By doing this, you pause the actions that are not the invitations, which will automatically move the invitations to the top of the queue, to be processed first. 🎤
You can then, put your actions back into "Play" by filtering by "Status" -> "Paused" -> "Restart Actions".
