Depending on your Waalaxy subscription, there are some limits to your prospecting actions. There are no limits to the number of campaigns, lists or pending actions. We have created limits to make Waalaxy work at its best. Let's see them!
🥇 BUSINESS & ADVANCED subscriptions
Note that both subscriptions have the same limits.
Limits in the application
In Waalaxy, with both subscriptions, you can have a maximum of 50,000 leads.
Once this number is reached, you will not be able to import new leads. You will have to clean your existing database to be able to import new leads.
To avoid losing these leads, you can export them to a CSV file so that you can keep track of them. The leads and all their data will be exported. 😎
Campaign limits
You can set up as many campaigns as you like. However, for a campaign to work properly, it should not be overloaded with leads, which is why you are limited to 5000 active leads per campaign (Active campaigns or paused campaigns).
Daily quotas
To prevent your LinkedIn account from being restricted due to spam, we set maximum daily action quotas. This governs your campaigns and the sending of their actions.
Once your quotas are reached for the day, the actions stop and automatically resume the next day when your quotas are updated. Here are the quotas according to the type of action 👇
Requesting a connection: between 80 and 100 per day. (up to 200/week)
Sending a message: between 100 and 150 per day.
Follow-up of the profile: between 80 and 100 per day.
Visiting the profile: between 100 and 150 per day.
🥈 FREEMIUM subscription
Limits in the application
As you have free access to Waalaxy, we hope you understand that you will have smaller limits. You can have a maximum of 10,000 leads in the application.
Limits in the lists
With the Freemium subscription, you can only put 1000 leads per list, the same as with the Pro subscription. If you try to import more, you will be blocked by the tool.
Limits in campaigns
You can set up as many campaigns as you want. However, you are limited to 1000 active leads per campaign (Active or paused campaigns).
Daily quotas
