What are the limits on prospect lists?
Depending on your subscription, you have a maximum number of prospects per list.
Freemium plan: 1000
Advanced plan: No maximum limits per list
Business plan: No maximum limits per list
Once this limit is reached, you have two options:
Either create a new list to import new prospects,
Or sort by deleting some prospects from the existing list.
Note that you can create as many lists as you want, there is no limit.

How to create a prospect list
Click on "Create a list", name it, and validate it.

How to delete a prospect list?
By deleting a list, you erase all the prospects along with their associated data.
To delete your list, you need to confirm again how many prospects it contains:
Good to know: If you have accidentally deleted a list, contact our support team and we can restore it.
How to transfer prospects from one list to another?
You can move your prospects from List A to List B. Here's how:
⚠️ You can't transfer prospects from "All prospects"; you must be in the specific list to do it.
How to edit your prospects' data from the prospect lists?
When you import prospects from LinkedIn to Waalaxy, we import them with a certain amount of data related to their LinkedIn profile.
From a list, you have the option to manually add, edit, or delete prospect data from their profile, from the list, as follows:
How to start a campaign from your prospect list?
It is possible to launch a campaign directly from one of your prospect lists, without going through the "Campaign" tab.
⚠️ Please note that you cannot do this from the "All prospects" tab; you must be in the specific prospect list.
Here are the steps to follow:
Go to the prospect list.
Select the prospects of your choice or all the prospects.
Click on "Start a campaign" in the sidebar that will appear at the top of your screen.
Choose the sequence you prefer and create the campaign.
How to export your prospect lists to CSV?
You can export your prospect lists and all associated data to a CSV file, like this:
Select your prospects (from a list or a campaign),
Hit the Export button in the action bar,
Confirm the email address the CSV will be sent to.
To ensure a correctly formatted CSV, initially open it with commas as separators only.

Also, remember to open your file in UTF8 to ensure support for accents.
This can be done in two clicks, as shown in the tutorial, and can be done simultaneously with the choice of CSV separators.
Tags in lead lists
Tags are like labels that you attach to your prospects to sort and organize your lists.
They are very useful for identifying prospects who have "responded", those who are "not interested", or those who need to be "followed up with", for example.
Moreover, you can filter your prospects by tags, which makes the functionality much more interesting.
Therefore, you can launch campaigns, delete, or transfer prospects of your choice more easily.
1️⃣ How to create a tag?
Go to the prospect list,
Select all or certain prospects,
Click on "Tag" and the small "+" in the sidebar that will open, and tag.
2️⃣ How to edit a tag?
Go to the list of prospects,
Go to the tag,
Click on the three dots to edit,
Change the name and save.
3️⃣ How to delete a tag?
Select your prospect,
Click on "Tag" at the top, from the sidebar,
Go to the tag you want to delete and click on the three dots,
Click on "Delete".
4️⃣ How to filter by including/excluding a tag?
Whether you're moving prospects from one list to another or starting a campaign, you can filter to display only leads with a specific tag, or conversely, those who don't have it.
How to include a tag?
Go to your prospect list,
Click on "Tags" from the filters,
Filter by "Include",
Go to the tag and click on it to confirm.
Exclude a tag
Go to your prospect list,
Click on "Tags" from the filters,
Filter by "Exclude",
Go to the tag and click on it to confirm.
⚠️ It's not possible to edit the color of your tags.

What are the filters in prospect lists?
From your prospect list, you can use a variety of filters to:
Filter based on actions taken via Waalaxy (e.g., check if the prospect's profile has already been visited).
Search for specific data about prospects (e.g., find out if your prospect has a personal LinkedIn email).
To access more filters, simply click on "+ More filters":
Good to know: To confirm your selection in input fields (like "LOCATION," for example), press the "Enter" key on your keyboard, then click "Apply."
