You can indeed launch several campaigns at the same time; you will not be blocked by Waalaxy.

However, please note that no prospect can be in two campaigns at the same time.

There is no limit to the number of active or paused campaigns. You can start as many as you like.

You are only limited in the maximum number of leads in a list, in a campaign, and in the tool in total.

But the question is how the queue manages the actions to be sent in the campaigns.

The campaigns work on a FIFO model: First In, First Out.

You launch a first campaign with 500 profile visits.

Then launch a second campaign with 300 invitations.

Waalaxy will first execute 90 to 110 profile visits, depending on your quotas of the day. Then, when your quotas are reached, it will execute invitations according to your quotas of the day. (and the LinkedIn's quota - 200 invitations/week)

The next day, the quotas will be reset. Then, it will start sending your profile visits again, from 90 to 110 according to your quotas. And so on.

In order to guarantee deadlines close to those announced, actions coming from a stage other than the first in a campaign are prioritized in the queue over the others.

So, let's say you have 100 visits in the queue and 100 invitations, all corresponding to the first stage of two separate campaigns.

Some prospects arrive at the "invitation" stage of a campaign that begins with a visit, and so this stage is stage 2 of the campaign: they will then be given priority in the queue and will be executed before the others.

So remember that if you put several thousand prospects in different campaigns, some of them may take a long time to start because they "conflict" with the others. 😅
