The Equipment Management dashboard includes:
Status (active + inactive)
Manufacturer
Model
Studio Location
Maintenance Due (schedule)
Action
If you need to add a new or existing piece of equipment to your studio, select Add New Equipment and provide the following information:
Equipment Type (required)
Manufacturer (required)
Model
Purchase Date
Purchase Price
Vendor
Warranty
Maintenance Status
Current Location* (required)
Maintenance Due Date
Notes
Note: You must have studio location(s) created and saved to assign and save the new equipment listing.
Tip: Be sure to add maintenance due dates to all equipment, so you always know when to call your repair person!
Any updates made to Manage Equipment will be instantly applied to your Business Settings—and your Walla account.
