You can top up your account in COP using PSE.

In practice, you'll see a fixed fee of 3,000 COP in the PSE flow.
The rest of the amount is used to buy BTC (LN) or USDT (TRC20), depending on what you choose in the app.
🏦 Withdrawals in COP (ACH)
When you sell BTC or USDT and withdraw in COP to your bank, the following fees apply based on the withdrawal amount:

Over 50,000 COP | No fee (0%) |
Under 50,000 COP | 1,000 COP |

📉 Minimum withdrawal amount
