With Wallib you can receive payments from abroad through your accounts:
🇺🇸 Bank account in the USA (ACH / Wire)
🇪🇺 Bank account in Europe (SEPA/IBAN)
All deposits are credited as USDT within your Wallib wallet. Here's how long it takes and what to do so they arrive without issues 👇
⏱️ 1. Estimated timing from the USA (ACH / Wire)
Deposits via ACH (USA)
The deposit first arrives at the partner bank in the USA.
Typical arrival time at the bank: ≈ 1 business day.
Once the bank receives it, crediting to your Wallib usually takes between 1 and 3 business days.
Deposits via Wire (USA)
Wire transfers are credited at the partner bank, Monday through Friday, typically in ≈ 1 hour.
From there, final crediting to your Wallib is also processed within a 1 to 3 business day range.
⏱️ 2. Estimated timing from Europe (SEPA/IBAN)
When you're sent a SEPA transfer in EUR to your European account:
The payment first arrives at the partner bank in Europe (Ireland).
SEPA transfers are usually credited at the bank in ≈ 1 business day.
Then, conversion and crediting to your Wallib wallet is completed within 1 to 3 business days.
In both cases (USA and Europe), what you'll ultimately see in the app is USDT in your USDT pocket.
💱 3. Currency conversion
Deposits from the USA (USD) → converted to USDT.
Deposits from Europe (EUR) → converted to USDT, using a EUR → USD/USDT rate that we can share with you through support if you need it.
If you're expecting a large payment, you can write to support to find out the reference rate and the estimated USDT amount you'll see in your account.
✅ 4. Recommendations to avoid problems
A. Double-check the bank details
Before someone sends you money:
Verify in the app that you're copying the correct details:
For the USA: account holder, account number, routing number, account type, bank, and address.
For Europe: account holder, IBAN, BIC/routing number, bank, and address.
Send them exactly as they appear in the "Deposit" section of Wallib.
B. Make sure the transfer type is correct
From the USA:
If it's ACH, make sure the payer selects the ACH option.
If it's Wire, make sure they select "Wire transfer" and not another type of send.
From Europe:
It should always be a SEPA transfer in EUR.
If they use another type of send (an unusual SWIFT, transfers in another currency, etc.), it can be delayed or even rejected.
C. Keep business days and time zones in mind
The 1 to 3 business day timeframes don't include:
Weekends
Holidays in the USA or Europe
If the money is sent on a Friday afternoon, it's normal to see it only the following week.
D. Ask the payer for proof
Always ask whoever is paying you for:
A screenshot or PDF of the transfer receipt
Date, time, and amount sent
Type of transfer (ACH, Wire, SEPA)
This helps a lot if the payment needs to be traced.
🧩 5. When should I contact support?
It makes sense to write to support if:
More than 3 business days have already passed since the payer made the transfer,
You've confirmed the correct details were used,
And you have on hand:
Proof of the transfer
Date and time
Amount sent
Country and type of transfer (ACH, Wire, SEPA)
With that information, we can review the flow and help you find out what happened 🧡
