How to Set Up Review Syncing
Follow these steps to link your external reviews to your site:
Access the Dashboard: Log in at app.wander.com and select Listings from the left sidebar.
Select Your Property: Click on the specific property you wish to update.
Navigate to the Reviews Tab: Open the Reviews tab within the property detail page.
Link Your Airbnb Listing: Paste the full URL of your Airbnb listing (e.g.,
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678).Note: Currently, Wander Sites supports Airbnb listing links only for review syncing. Support for other OTAs is coming soon.
Save and Sync: Click Connect. The initial synchronization typically takes 24–48 hours to complete.

How Reviews are Scored and Displayed
Wander Sites uses a proprietary "Review Usefulness" score to ensure your most impactful feedback is seen first.
Dynamic Ranking: Reviews are ranked based on rating, content quality, and recency, rather than a simple chronological list.
Prominent Features: Detailed descriptions and reviews accompanied by video testimonials are featured most prominently.
Privacy First: For security and guest privacy, names are automatically displayed as a first name and last initial.
Full Transparency: Guests can click into the reviews modal to see your entire history imported from the linked listing.
Troubleshooting
Reviews Not Appearing? Confirm the Airbnb URL is valid and the listing is public. Wait at least 48 hours for the system to crawl the data.
Showing a 0.0 Rating? This usually indicates the sync is still in progress or the Airbnb listing has no public reviews yet.
