The Listings section is the core of your Wander Sites dashboard. This guide explains how to navigate your portfolio, polish your content, and ensure your property details are perfectly synced for your direct booking site.
Accessing Your Listings
Log in to app.wander.com and select Listings from the left sidebar.
The Listing Overview
Your properties are displayed in a table format with two primary status columns:
Your Domain: The status of the listing on your custom direct booking site.
Wander.com: The status of your listing on the Wander Marketplace.
Note: We are currently building a direct pipeline for "Wander Listed" applications. In the meantime, to apply for the Wander Marketplace, email listed@wander.com with your property address, OTA link, and your current PMS.
Understanding Sync Status
Inactive: The listing is not currently live.
Syncing: Data is actively pulling from your PMS. Check the progress banner at the top of the page.
Synced: Import complete; the listing is ready for final edits.
Active: The listing is live and bookable on your site.
Navigating Listing Details
Click any listing and select Listing Details to refine your guest-facing content.
Rooms and Photos
This section allows you to manage your visual storytelling. High-quality imagery is the #1 driver of bookings.
Cover Photos: Manage high-resolution hero images. We recommend the following order: Primary Exterior > Secondary Exterior > Main Living Area.
Reorganizing Photos: To change the order within a specific room or folder, hover over the image and press and hold the 6-dot icon to drag the image to its new position.
Moving Photos to Different Sections: If a photo is in the wrong room, hover over the image(s) and check the box on the ones you want to move. Select Move in the top right, choose the new location, and click "Move to [New Room]."
Deleting Photos: Check the box on the image(s) you wish to remove and select Delete in the top right corner (located next to the Move button).
Title, Description, and Amenities
Title & Description: Edit your "About this property" and "Where you’ll be" neighborhood descriptions.
Amenities: Toggle specific features on/off and "Highlight" your best assets (e.g., hot tub, EV charger) to make them stand out on the page.
Arrivals, Access, and Rules
Arrivals & Access: Set check-in/out times, entry methods (keypad, lockbox), and Wi-Fi credentials.
Rules: Configure house rules and safety notices.
Note: This data is automatically pulled into your "Pre-Trip" and "Check-in Day" email campaigns.
Calendar, Pricing, and Reviews
Calendar & Pricing: All pricing and availability must be edited in your PMS. Wander Sites uses "Wander Blocks" to show existing bookings and prevent double-bookings.
Reviews: Reviews sync automatically for Hostaway users. For all other providers, simply paste your Airbnb listing URL into the Reviews tab to trigger the sync.

Best Practices
Audit Amenities: Initial syncs may flag incorrect items (e.g., a fireplace you don't have). Walk through the list to remove "ghost" amenities.
Upgrade Quality: If PMS-synced photos appear blurry, manually upload high-quality originals.
Detailed Rules: Use the "Things to Know" section for transparency regarding wildlife, construction, or parking.
Stay Synced: Keep your PMS as the source of truth for rates. Changes made there will reflect on your Wander site automatically.
