What if I can’t claim or complete a commercial order on time?

What to do if you're unavailable, delayed, or need coverage for a commercial order.

If you’re the primary washr, you’ll have 2 hours to claim a commercial order before it’s reassigned.

⏱️ If you:

  • Can’t claim the order — let Support know ASAP

  • Are going on vacation — no problem! Just give notice so we can plan coverage

  • Have a delay (e.g., car trouble, sick child, machine issue) — contact Support early so we can help

Reliability is key to maintaining a commercial account — but we can support you if we know what’s happening.
