When a Daily Check-In appears
Log in or refresh the page. If a check-in is available for today, it will appear automatically.
Read through the content for the day. This usually includes a short reflection and a list of considerations to keep in mind.
Tick the checkbox to acknowledge you've read it. This activates the button.
Click the button to continue, or click outside the modal to dismiss it.
To revisit a past Daily Check-In
Open your Settings menu.
Navigate to the Daily Check-In section.
Open the check-in you want to view.

Once you've dismissed or completed today's Daily Check-In, it won't appear again that day. Tomorrow, a new check-in will be ready for you when you log in, drawing from the energy and theme of that day.

Why am I seeing this?
The Daily Check-In is a built-in part of the WatersAbove platform. Each day of the week has its own energy and theme, and the check-in reflects that. It's a short moment to pause before you start your day.
I saw the check-in on my phone but not on my computer. Why?
Daily Check-Ins are served once per member, not once per device. If you saw it on mobile, it won't appear again on web that day. You can always retrieve it from your Settings menu.
Can I get a check-in back after dismissing it?
Yes. Every check-in you've received is retrievable from the Settings menu under Daily Check-In.
What if I miss a day?
If you don't log in on a given day, that day's check-in won't be saved for you. The Daily Check-In is designed to land on the specific day it was written for. If you log in three days later, you'll see that day's check-in rather than the ones from earlier in the week.
What is the checkbox for?
Ticking the checkbox activates the button so you can dismiss the check-in. That is the only thing it does. It doesn't log anything else or affect your account.
Can I turn Daily Check-Ins off?
