You can manage your WatersAbove™ membership from your account settings on the web app. From there you can update your payment method, view invoices, manage your plan, and update your billing or tax information.
Membership management is only available on the web or mobile browser at app.watersabove.com. It is not available in the mobile app.
Heads up: Memberships are managed through our third-party billing system. You will see Stripe and Link appear on your billing statements, payment screens, and confirmation emails. These are our trusted partners that keep your payment information secure.
🔑 Setup for Success
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Access to the email address you used when you signed up
Logged into app.watersabove.com on a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app)
✅ Where to Find Membership Settings
Log into app.watersabove.com on a web browser
Open your Settings menu
Click Membership
You'll be taken to the Link billing portal, where your history of payments and upcoming invoices to WatersAbove membership will be available to view.
Click into an upcoming invoice to view more Membership Details.
If you would like to manage your membership, click on the provided button in that Membership Details card to be directed to Stripe Customer Portal.

Can I manage my membership in the WatersAbove mobile app?
No. Membership management is only available on the web app. Please log into watersabove.app on a desktop or mobile browser to make changes.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
If a renewal payment fails, you'll receive an automatic email and your card will be retried over the following days. Your access to the platform continues during this retry period. To avoid losing access — and to keep the price you locked in when you first joined — please update your payment method in the billing portal as soon as you can. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will end.
How do I get a receipt for a past payment?
You can view and download every invoice from the billing portal under your billing history.
Is my WatersAbove membership the same as my Patreon membership?
No. WatersAbove and Patreon are two independent platforms with separate billing. Canceling one does not cancel the other. If you're a member of both, you'll see two separate charges and need to manage each one independently.
