How to configure the Details tab

If you have configured and saved the General tab, the Details tab is available to edit.

Tip: The Details tab has to be configured and saved after the General tab before the other tabs become available.

Once you have configured the Details tab and saved the changes, the rest of the shop tabs will become available.

Configuring the Details tab

This can be the same name used for the Identifier field on the General tab. The Shop Name is referenced on all Order Invoices generated by the platform when an order is placed, and on quotes provided to a buyer who has submitted an RFQ.

The following information is displayed on the front end of the shop as follows:

Important: Order cancellations and returns are managed between the buyer and seller. The information shown on the Details tab is for information only.

Tip: Only the fields that have information entered into them show up on the front end of the shop. You can use these fields to enter your shop policies and any other relevant information.

Important: Remember to click the "Save Changes" button to apply the changes you have made.

What next?

Now you have configured the General tab, you can configure the Stripe Connect tab if you want to list products/services on your shop or respond to RFQs.

If you only wish to have a shopfront (i.e. a business listing) then you do not need to complete the Stripe Connect setup. Now you have configured the Details tab, you can configure the remaining tabs:
