Feature: Options can be used to create variations for a product/service. For example, different sizes of the same product, or units in a package e.g. 10 or 20.
If you want your options available for when you add your products/services, you can create these options first. For each product/service with variations, you should compile a list of all the variations first.
Note: If you prefer, options can be created at the time of adding each product/service. However, we recommend you configure and link those products/services to their options before adding them as inventory.
Adding a new product option name
Before you add options such as different sizes, units per package, etc., you need to create the option names for each set of variations.
Navigate to the Seller dashboard. From the LH menu, select Shop>Product Options.
To add a new option name, click the
button in the top RH corner.

- for example, [Pump (make/model) Size].
Tip: Including simple product details in the option name will help you find it when linking to the product/service.
“Options have separate images” – select "Yes" if you want to upload images for different variations.
Note: You can only add images for one option name per product/service - the first option name linked to the product/service.
“Option is Colour” – select "Yes" if you want to create a colour option for your product. The platform provides a colour palette so you can enter the exact colour when defining the option values if needed.

Adding the product option values
Once you have created your list of option names you can add the values. For example, for the option name [Pump Size] you may have different pump sizes that you want to link to that specific pump product. These different sizes are called Option Values.
To the RHS of each option name is an Option icon
Click the
icon alongside the option name you want to add values for.To add new option values, click the
button, top RH corner.

- enter a value such as small, medium, large, etc.
Tip: Option value colour – this will be available to edit if you selected “Option is Colour” when setting up the Option Name. You can either select the colour from the palette or enter the colour index e.g. RGB.

Tip: Once you have added the option values, they will appear as a list. You can use the drag and drop icon to move them up/down and the display value entered will update accordingly.
Editing existing Option Names and Option Value Names
In both windows, the icons shown to the RHS of each option can be used for:
icon - edit the existing Option Name/Option Value Name
icon - delete the existing Option Name/Option Value Name
