Note: You will be responsible for managing your shipping β watersorted cannot arrange shipping for your products. You can either activate a third-party service plugin (covered in this article) or set your shipping rates manually.
Configuring a third-party shipping service plugin
Navigate to the Seller dashboard. From the LH menu, select Plugins>Shipping Service
Click the
icon located on the RHS of the plugin you want to use. This will open the plugin form. For the plugin to work correctly, you must configure it first.
Enter the information the form requires. The status will automatically be activated once you have finished configuring the plugin and saved it to update the fields.
- save current changes
- reset to the last saved changes
Note: If any information fields ask you to select either Sandbox or Production, this means the following:
Sandbox β testing environment. Select this option when testing to see if the plugin works as per your requirements.
Production β Live API code. Select this option when you are ready to use the plugin for shipping. Any changes made to the plugin in this mode will affect the shipping options for your shop at the front end.
