The General module can be used to manage the following:

To access the General module, log in to watersorted and navigate to the Buyer Dashboard. From the LH menu, click on General to expand the options available to you.

In the messages submodule you can view all messages between you and other sellers and continue ongoing correspondence here.

Messages can be sent from the buyer to the seller using the message icon located on the shop front e.g., the buyer wants to ask the seller a question about a product/service.

In this submodule you can view and edit products/services added to your favourites list. You can also view shops you have added as a favourites.

Products/services can be edited directly in the Wishlist tab by using the bin and other icons available.

To edit multiple favourites, click on the checkbox on the image. Alternatively, to edit all listed favourites, click the Select All checkbox.

To add a favourite product to your cart, click the checkout icon:

To delete a favourite product from the list, click the delete icon:

To remove shops from your favourites list, select the Shop tab and click on the shop link you want to remove. You will be taken to the front end of the shop, from here you can click on the icon, and this will unlink the shop from your favourites list.

In this submodule, you can view or delete saved searches. Saving searches helps you find your items faster by recalling the original search instead of having to enter it again.

To save a search, click on the "Save Search" button located on the top RH side after you have called up the search results.

You also have access to the My Credits submodule from the General module. If you are an advertiser and a buyer, you can add money to your wallet and check your advertising transactions here. For more information about advertising, check the Overview of advertising on watersorted article.
