New frontpage: Introduction
New frontpage: Introduction
Updated over a week ago

Welcome to your new frontpage in webCRM!

Your frontpage now has a new look and in this introduction we will take you through it. You can use the elements from the old frontpage - plus some new features - to build one or more frontpages tailor-made to your needs and your company's needs.

One of the completely new features is amongst others the KPI panels, that you can now add to the frontpage. If you are interested, you can read more about the KPI panels and performance board.

You can add new lists with for example organisations or activities and they will give you a quick overview with the most important information from each module/entity. You can add all the modules/entities you know from the old front page.

Your recently viewed items, favorites, inbound emails and new contacts will no longer be on the frontpage itself, but they can all be found in the top bar on these icons and you can access them from anywhere in webCRM:

You can read more about favorite and recent items here: Recent items and favorites

You now also have the option of adding visual graphs on your frontpage based on the overviews/reports you have in webCRM.

In the example below you see a graph that shows organisations split by type.

Now you can also show your frontpages on an external page, for example in order to show it on a big screen. You do so by clicking on "External view" and a new tab will open with that particular frontpage:

Read more about the graphs here. You can also read much for about how to set up the new frontpage here and take a look at the video below:
