We’re closing down and want to explain the situation.
You’ve heard the news: we’re closing down our activities in the UK, the Netherlands and Flanders.
Why are we closing down?
We’ve loved offering amazing workshops and welcoming so many of you to create with us. But despite our efforts, the different approaches we have tried have remained more expensive than expected. After months of exploring other solutions, we’ve had to accept that our model of organising workshops and connecting people with artisans wasn’t yet the perfect fit for the market.
What will happen to my booking or gift card?
If you have a gift card (or if you gifted one): Gift cards can still be used until 31st March 2025. After this date, there will be no more slots available in the artisans’ calendars and any unused cards will be fully refunded to the buyer.
Please note that you can also use your giftcard for another workshop ! Here's how.
A refund is of course possible on request before this date., don't hesitate to ask us via our chatbox or via email !
You have a reservation before 31st March 2025: Your workshop will go ahead as planned - no changes needed.
You have a reservation after 31st March 2025: Your booking will be cancelled and you can either book another workshop, choose another slot before this date or ask for a full refund.
A refund is of course possible on request before this date., don't hesitate to ask us via our chatbox or via email !
You have a pending booking: You can book another workshop or another slot with the same workshop. If not, all pending reservations will be refunded to the buyer on 31st March 2025.

You don’t have a reservation or gift card: You can still book workshops and enjoy the experience until 31st March 2025.

What about the artisans?
We are working on a continuity plan to support our artisans and their incredible crafts.
Continuing our mission!
At Wecandoo, our mission has always been to restore the prestige of craftsmanship and connect people with artisans who share their passion and expertise. While this chapter is closing, the spirit of our mission lives on.
Where possible, we will suggest alternative providers to ensure you can continue discovering the beauty of craftsmanship. Rest assured, we will collaborate with them and work on this transition.
Thank you for believing in our mission and supporting us along the way. Your enthusiasm has been a testament to the value of craftsmanship, and we are deeply grateful for your role in helping us celebrate it.
