In Whippy, you can create automated responses for frequently asked questions (FAQ). This works similarly to keyword automation but allows you to automate entire questions.
1. Go to the Automations Page
Navigate to the Automations page in Whippy https://app.whippy.co/automations/keywords
2. Navigate to the Question Bot Tab
In the sidebar, select the Question Bot tab to access the question automation settings.
3. Click the Create Question Button
Click the Create Question button to begin setting up your automated response.
4. Enter Your Question
Type the question sentence you want to automate. Ensure it is clear and specific to the FAQ you're addressing.
5. Enter the Automated Response
Provide the automated response that will be sent when the question is received.
6. Select the Channels for Your Automation
Choose the channels where this automation will be active.
7. Save Your Automated Response
Click the Save Automated Response button to finalize your setup.
8. Done! Your Automation is Ready
Your automated question is enabled by default. You can disable, edit or delete it on the Question Bot page
