Accessing Notification Settings
- Go to Settings 
 Click the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
- Open Notifications 
 In the left‑hand panel, select Notifications. You’ll now see a list of all available notification types.
Note: Notification settings are user‑based. Each user can customize their own preferences independently.
Types of Notifications
- Categories include: - Inbox‑related 
- Contact‑related 
- Imports 
- Usage 
- Links 
- Forms 
 
- You can turn all on or off and enable/disable specific categories 
1. Email Notifications
2. SMS Notifications
- Receive text alerts directly on your phone. 
3. Mobile Push Notifications
- Available through the Whippy mobile app. 
- Keeps you updated even when away from your desktop. 
4. Web Notifications
- Appear via the bell icon in the top‑right corner of the Whippy interface. 
- Make sure this option is toggled on if you want in‑app alerts. 
5. Voice Calls
- Available to pick up calls if your account is connected to VoIP. 
Tips
- Start with the most important channels (e.g., email + web) and expand as needed. 
- Mobile push is great for staying connected on the go. 
- Review your settings periodically to keep them aligned with your workflow. 
You’re all set! Adjusting your notifications ensures you never miss important updates while avoiding unnecessary noise.
