Whippy's internal notes feature allows you to communicate with your coworkers privately within a conversation. You can tag your teammates using @ to notify them about specific discussions that need their input.

1. Navigate to your Inbox

Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.

2. Open the Desired Conversation

Select the conversation you want to comment. You can search for the conversation using the search bar at the top or by scrolling through your list of conversations.

3. Select the "Note" Option

To insert an internal note, click on the "Note" button within the conversation interface. This will open a text box where you can write your internal message.

4. Type your comment

Write any text or mention another user. To notify a teammate, type @ followed by their name. This will alert them to the note.

5. Submit your note

After typing your note, click the "Add Note" button to save it.

6. Done! Your note is added to the conversation

Now, all team members can view your note within the conversation, ensuring everyone stays informed and up-to-date. This visibility helps maintain clear communication and collaboration across the team.

💡This feature is an excellent way to communicate with your entire office without needing to leave your desk. Remember, these messages are strictly internal.
