Why it matters

Filtering scheduled messages helps you stay organized and ensures that no upcoming communication is missed or duplicated. You can easily check when and where messages are scheduled and make quick updates as needed.

Key Concepts

Scheduled Messages: Messages set to be sent automatically at a future date and time.

Location Filter: A dropdown filter that lets you view scheduled messages based on location.

Date Filter: A tool for viewing messages within a specific date or time range.

Inbox: The main workspace where you can access and manage scheduled messages.

Step-by-Step: Filter Scheduled Messages

  1. Go to your Inbox.

Click this link to open your Inbox directly.

  2. Click the Scheduled tab in the left-hand menu.

This opens the page listing all pending scheduled messages.

  3. Apply filters to refine your results:

    • Location Filter: Select a specific location from the dropdown menu to view messages scheduled there.

    • Date Filter: Choose a date range to see messages scheduled within that period.

  4. View the filtered results.

The list updates automatically to show only messages matching your filter criteria.

  5. Manage your scheduled messages as needed.

Edit, reschedule, or delete messages directly from the filtered list.

  6. Click a scheduled message to open its conversation.

This lets you review the message context and make necessary adjustments.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Review scheduled messages daily to confirm timing and content accuracy.

  • Use the Date Filter to track messages for specific campaigns or events.

  • Delete outdated or unnecessary scheduled messages to keep your list clean.
