Key Concepts

Inbox: The area where all customer conversations are managed.

Conversation: A thread containing messages exchanged between your team and a contact.

Clipboard: A temporary storage area used when copying and pasting content.

Step-by-Step: Copy a Message

  1. Go to your Inbox.

  2. Open the conversation that contains the message you want to copy.

  3. Hover your cursor over the message.

  4. Click Copy Message when the option appears.

  5. Confirm the message is copied by checking for the notification.

Tips and Best Practices
