Browser Cache: Stored website files that help pages load faster, but can become outdated.
Cached Images and Files: Temporary files saved by the browser that should be cleared to refresh Whippy.
Browsing Data: A category of browser data that includes history, cookies, and cached files.

Step-by-Step: Clear Cache in Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Hover over More tools, then click Clear browsing data.

  4. Uncheck Browsing history.

  5. Uncheck Cookies and other site data.

  6. Make sure Cached images and files is checked.

  7. Click Clear data.

  8. Refresh Whippy.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Clearing cached images and files will not log you out of Whippy or other websites.
