Using Resource Rack

Updated today

Overview

Resource Rack is a powerful tool designed to support both your sales and marketing efforts by giving you a fast, organized way to share high-value materials with your buyers. Within Resource Rack, Truck Pros can instantly send upfitter brochures, special offers, sales documents, and dealership-specific resources — all in a clean, professional format that helps buyers make informed decisions with confidence.

In addition to sharing resources, Resource Rack allows you to create tracking links, giving you visibility into buyer engagement. You can see when a buyer opens a resource, what they viewed, and how often — helping you better understand their interests and follow up at the right time.

Whether you’re nurturing a warm lead, supporting an active opportunity, or providing educational material to a new buyer, Resource Rack centralizes everything you need to communicate efficiently and track buyer activity throughout the sales process.
