Why Exporting Buyer Data Matters for Your Strategy
Your buyer list is more than just a contact sheet; it is a map of your Fixed Ops potential. By exporting this data, you can identify which businesses own high-margin units and target them for specialized service offers.
Step 1: Access the Buyers Dashboard
Log into your Work Truck Solutions dealer portal.
Navigate to the Buyers tab in the left-hand sidebar.
This will display a list of all individuals and businesses that have engaged with your inventory or submitted inquiries.
Step 2: Filter and Segment Your List
Before exporting, ensure you are pulling the most relevant data for your current goal:
Use the Filter tools to sort by Last Activity Date or Vocation (if available).
Pro Tip: If you are running a service special for heavy-duty trucks, filter for buyers who purchased or inquired about Chassis Cabs or Service Bodies.
Step 3: Trigger the Export
Locate the Export button (typically in the top right corner of the Buyer table).
Select your preferred format (e.g., CSV for Excel/CRM or PDF for a quick reference list).
The file will download immediately to your device.
