Integrating a NEW E-Verify Web Services Enabled Account

I have opened my new web services enabled E-verify account - How do I complete my e-very integration with WorkBright?

Updated over a month ago

1. To complete the WorkBright E-Verify integration, begin by logging into your WorkBright account (app.workbright.com) and E-Verify account (https://idp.uscis.gov/).

  • Please use your newest Program Admin ID to login if you were required to create a new E-Verify account because your existing E-Verify account was not Web Services enabled.

2. After logging into your WorkBright account, please go to the E-Verify integration page by going to the Settings tab and clicking E-Verify in the left menu.

3. Begin plugging in the required information into WorkBright. Each screenshot will show you where to find the information within your E-Verify account.

Where to find the Company ID:

Where to find the Program Administrator ID, name, phone number, and email:

4. Web Services Credentials: Please use the screenshots below to see how to create your Web Services ID and password.

  • Start by clicking on your name in the top right corner, click “Company Account”, and then “Manage Users”.

  • Once on the Manage Users page, select Add Access under Web Service Access

  • Use the dropdown to select the User Role as Web Services Access and click Next

  • Provide required User Information and click next

  • Accept system generated Access ID and click Submit New ID
The program admin can create their own ID if so inclined, not recommended.

  • Confirmation screen will confirm a new user was created with the User Role of Web Access. Notice the User Account Status is Password Change Required.

  • After creating your Web Services username, copy and paste the user ID into the Web Services username field within WorkBright.

  • The final step is updating your Web Services password in E-Verify and adding it into WorkBright. Start by scrolling to the bottom of your Web Services User Information page, and click Change Password.

5. After updating your Web Services password, add the same password to the Web Services password field within WorkBright and click Submit. Please click Submit only once. A blue banner will appear at the top of the page confirming the E-Verify info has been updated within WorkBright.

6. After completing all steps, email everify@workbright.com to confirm the integration is completed. We will run a test and confirm it is working properly.
