In some cases, we cannot verify our members' identity through the initial process. When this occurs, an automatic fallback method is triggered to confirm the additional information needed. To complete the verification, members should

Step 1: Documentary Verification

  • If a secondary verification is required, it will be triggered after the previous process.

  • Select the type of ID you will use, read the instructions, and click "Continue."

  • Authorize the use of the camera and take a photo of your document in a bright environment, ensuring it is in focus. Retake if necessary.

  • Flip the document when applicable and repeat the process.

Step 2: Selfie Verification

  • Allow access to the camera and take a selfie following the instructions on the screen.

  • If we can match your identity, the process will be complete.

HELPFUL TIPS

1. Good Lighting: Use natural or well-lit indoor lighting to capture a clear image without shadows or glare.

2. Clear Background: Stand against a plain background to keep focus on your face.

3. Face Visibility: Look directly at the camera with no obstructions like hats or sunglasses.

4. Steady Position: Hold your device steady to avoid blurry images.
