If students are listed in light gray, use the following articles to guide students in launching Writable from the rostering LMS:
On the 'Classes' page in Writable, students listed on your imported class roster may be displayed in blue or light gray text.
Blue text indicates that students have successfully launched Writable from their connected Learning Management System (LMS) and are active in Writable.
Students listed in gray text have not created a Writable account or have not connected an account with the rostering LMS yet. In order for students to be active in Writable, they must log in or launch an assignment from the connected LMS for that roster.
Writable’s connection with your LMS will automatically sync your rosters as you add or remove students. Please access Writable from your LMS if you do not see your updated roster.
Tip! Not sure if your roster is up to date? You can view the most recent sync timestamp next to the course name.
