xTiles makes it easy to prioritize your tasks by assigning predefined priority levels. You can quickly track and complete tasks and keep all your prioritized items in one place — so you always have a clear overview of what’s important.
How to set a priority to a task
To assign a priority to a task, hover over it and click the flag icon on the right.
You can choose from the following three priority levels:
Low (Green Flag)
Medium (Yellow Flag)
High (Red Flag)
It’s also possible to assign Priority via Properties when opening the task, from Task Collection, or from the Task Panel in the top-right corner.
How to view all prioritized tasks
You can view all your prioritized tasks in one place. All tasks marked with a priority flag are displayed in the Task Panel, in the dedicated section for prioritized tasks.
Setting priorities is also available in the mobile app for iOS / Android, so you can set priorities on the go — even when you’re offline.
