Action Required: Enable UPS Tracking for yayloh Integration

What’s Changing?

To continue receiving tracking updates via UPS in yayloh, you need to grant UPS Tracking permissions to the existing Client ID and Secret you created for yayloh in your UPS Developer Portal.

⚠️ This step is only required for merchants using yayloh’s direct/ native integration with UPS. Tracking for UPS via external integrations (webshipper, Nshift, etc) are not supported at this time.

How to Enable UPS tracking Access?

  1. Log in to the UPS Developer Portal.

  2. Navigate to My Apps and select the app you created for yayloh.

  3. Under API Access, click Edit.

  4. Check the box for all the following permissions especially UPS tracking (if it’s not already selected).

  5. Save your changes.

Once enabled, yayloh will be able to retrieve tracking information for your UPS shipments automatically.

Need Help? If you're unsure which app credentials or need assistance updating permissions, feel free to reach out to UPS point of contact for support.
