You can collaborate with your team in two ways:
By assigning a ticket to your name
By leaving comments
By assigning a ticket to your name:
To do this click on the small circle in the "My" column in the return management platform
A small drop down will appear, where you can assign it to the different registered users on your yayloh platform.
Their/ Your initials will appear.
You can use this feature to also know if another team member has assigned a ticket to themselves. If you click on a ticket assigned to someone else it gets automatically assigned to you.
By leaving comments:
You can leave a comment on different tickets to maintain continuity and information flow You can do this by:
In the yayloh return management platform, click on the order number of your requirement.
On the order page that opens, click on comments which are written in blue on the top right side of the page.
Type your comment in the text box.
Click Add.
You can also check if someone has left a comment. You can do this by checking if there is a bright colored circle visible next to the comment button on the right. This dot notifies anyone opening the order page that there is a comment left by another team agent.
