You can manually add tracking ID to your return tickets simply by following these steps:
Open the dashboard where you can see the ticket in the "open" tab.
Scroll down and find the order of your interest.
On the extreme right column titled i.e. "Shipping status", hover over the respective row.
A small pencil icon should appear.
Click on it to open a pop.
Select shipping carrier & fill in the tracking ID.
Click on "save".
When you click on the tracking ID, it will let you track the package.
