In this article, you will find:
Required Gorgias Credentials
Gorgias domain name
The domain name copy the base API URL.
Username (Email )
The email ID registered on your Gorgias account.
Password (API key)
In order to fetch Gorgias data, share your Gorgias API credentials.
Note: All these above credentials can be found here: Gorgias -> Settings -> Rest API.
Setting up Gorgias integrations
Open yayloh dashboard
Open the settings window >> Integrations.
Click on the toggle button to activate Gorgias.
Activate the integration by filling credentials in the form and click submit.
Open Gorgias and navigate to 'ALL APPS'. Search for 'yayloh' and select 'connect app'.
This will open a new window with yayloh and will request you to verify it.
Once you verify, you will see the screen below. Click continue.
It activates immediately. You will see the Gorgias button when you open an independent return request.
Note- Ensure your credentials are correct if the creation of the ticket fails.
Note: It is important to set up the integration (Subdomain, username and API key) in yayloh before downloading the app via the Gorgias App Store. If you have already installed it through Gorgias first, please disconnect it, complete the steps in yayloh first, and then reinstall it
