Gorgias integration allows you to create tickets from your yayloh dashboard. It will help you to take immediate action on return requests which need attention.
In this article, you will find,
Required Gorgias Credentials
Gorgias domain name
The domain name copy the base API URL.
Username (Email )
The email ID registered on your Gorgias account.
Password (API key)
In order to fetch Gorgias data, share your Gorgias API credentials.

Setting up Gorgias integrations
Open yayloh dashboard
Open the settings window >> Integrations.
Click on the toggle button to activate Gorgias.
Activate the integration by filling credentials in the form and click submit.
It activates immediately. You will see the Gorgias button when you open an independent return request.
Note- Ensure your credentials are correct if the creation of the ticket fails.
Creating a Gorgias ticket from the yayloh dashboard
Open the return request for which you want to create a Gorgias ticket
It opens the side pane.
Click on the "Gorgias" in the top left corner.
You can see the request to create a ticket being processed in the button as it colors.
Open Gorgias & refresh.
The ticket will be created.
