yayloh uses tariff numbers to set up paperless customs. Each product has its associated tariff number and is shared by the retailer.


Shipping label failure due to tariff numbers:

If the shipping label fails and the error shown is related to tariff numbers. Follow the following steps to update the tariff no:

  1. You need to ask within your team for a list of SKUs and Tariffs numbers

  2. Copy the tariff number once you find it.

  3. Go to yayloh dashboard >>Select manage>> Open the return request.

  4. Paste or update the correct tariff number in the text box.

  5. Try to save it by clicking on the tick mark icon.

  6. Go back to the return management page and click on retry to resend the shipping label.
