yayloh uses tariff numbers to set up paperless customs. Each product has its associated tariff number and is shared by the retailer.
Shipping label failure due to tariff numbers:
If the shipping label fails and the error shown is related to tariff numbers. Follow the following steps to update the tariff no:
- You need to ask within your team for a list of SKUs and Tariffs numbers 
- Copy the tariff number once you find it. 
- Go to yayloh dashboard >>Select manage>> Open the return request. 
- Paste or update the correct tariff number in the text box. 
- Try to save it by clicking on the tick mark icon. 
- Go back to the return management page and click on retry to resend the shipping label.
